What courier do you use? All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked services. Larger parcels or those over 2kg may occasionally be sent via another courier if it's more practical.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, international shipping is available. EU orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days via tracked international service. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Do you offer local delivery or pickup? If you're in the same area, local delivery or pickup can be arranged. You'll be notified when a local delivery is out for delivery, and pickup orders are ready within 1 business day and held for 7 days.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please get in touch.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy? You have a 14-day right of refund on any order, starting from the day you receive your package.

Can I still return an item if I've opened it? If you break the seal on a sealed item, you automatically waive your right of withdrawal under the standard return policy — but we're still happy to help if there's a genuine issue with the order, such as an item arriving faulty or not as described.

Who pays for return postage? Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless another arrangement has been made with us directly.

What are my responsibilities when returning an item? You're responsible for packing the returned item securely, and you retain ownership of it until it's safely received back with us and confirmed to be in the same condition it was sent in. Please keep your postal receipt and email the tracking ID, along with your order number in the subject line, to gavsstuff@proton.me.

How do I start a return? Email gavsstuff@proton.me with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Condition Grading

How do you grade the condition of your CDs, vinyl, and tapes? Every item is graded separately for its Media Condition (the disc, record, or tape itself) and its Sleeve Condition (the cover, case, or packaging), using the standard grading scale collectors and sellers use across the industry — for example: Mint (M), Near Mint (NM or M), Very Good Plus (VG+), Very Good (VG), and so on. You'll see both grades listed clearly on each product page.

Where does the grading and product data come from? Our listings are informed by Discogs, the trusted music database and marketplace used by collectors worldwide, so you can rely on accurate pressing details, tracklists, and identifiers alongside our condition grading.

What does "New" mean if an item is also graded? Some items are brand new/unopened and still carry a condition grade (usually Mint) to reflect that they haven't been played or handled, giving you extra confidence in what you're buying.

Can I see real photos of the item I'm buying, not stock photos? Most listings use stock photos to represent the release, but photos of the actual item you'd be purchasing are available on request — just get in touch before ordering.

What if an item arrives in worse condition than described? Get in touch straight away with photos of the item. If it doesn't match the stated Media or Sleeve condition, this falls under our returns policy and we'll sort out a refund.
