Order processing times
When possible all orders are processed on the next business day (Mon-Friday) with the exception of UK public holidays.
Domestic and international shipping
All UK shipping is via the Royal Mail tracked services.
Large parcels or parcels over 2kg in weight may be sent via other couriers if this is more expedient.

EU orders will typically be delivered within 7–14 business days via tracked international service."
Local delivery or pickup
If you are located in the same area local delivery or pickup is possible by arrangement.
Customers choosing local delivery will receive a notification when the order is out for delivery. Pickup orders will be ready within 1 business day and held for 7 days.
Returns, changes, and cancellations
If there is an issue with the item purchased the Buyer has a 14 day right of refund on any orders made with us from the day you receive your package.
If the Buyer breaks the sealing of the package then the Buyer automatically waives the right of withdrawal although we are still open to refund if there are issues with the order of course.
All shipping expenses are paid in full by the buyer unless other arrangement are made.
Buyer holds full responsibility for securely packing the item(s) returned. Buyer holds full ownership of the item(s) until package is securely received back at our storage and items are found in same condition as when they were shipped by us.
