One moment, an artist bursts onto the scene with a song so catchy it feels inescapable—then, just as quickly, they fade, leaving behind a single, glittering musical time capsule. Today, I’m taking a relaxed wander through my favourite one-hit wonders, counting top 40 hits only, from each decade 1960s through the 1990s, and I had a great amount of fun narrowing it down.
